Sheri Lynn Shew, age 52, of Hays, passed away Friday, April 21, 2023. She was born March 20, 1971 in Wilkes County to Jerry Wayne Shew and Evelyn Juanita Jones. Sheri loved her grandchildren and her dogs. She was preceded in death by her father.
Surviving are her daughters, Crystal Watson of North Wilkesboro, Alisha Prevette of Oxford, NC, Brittney Shew of North Wilkesboro, son, Dalton Shew of Millers Creek; her mother, Evelyn Greene of Roaring River; grandchildren, Destinee Shook of Oxford, NC, Micha Shew of Millers Creek, Noah Watson, Amaura Shew, Gabriella Watson all of North Wilkesboro, Leah Shew of Millers Creek, Zander Prevette of North Wilkesboro; sisters, Angela Bentley and spouse Dean, and Penny Johnson all of North Wilkesboro, Nicole Tilley and spouse Donnie of Yadkinville; brothers, Billy Shew and Justin Shew both of North Wilkesboro; numerous nieces and nephews.
